Fees and Charges

Fee Schedule & Cost Structure

When operating an active trading account and executing trades through our infrastructure, certain standard fees and cost allocations may apply. We strive to reduce trading expenses by maintaining competitive rates and eliminating unnecessary charges where possible. However, providing access to deep liquidity and premium execution venues requires structured cost recovery in specific circumstances.

Please note that fee schedules, transaction limits, and operational costs may be updated periodically to reflect changing market conditions. To access up-to-date pricing or review costs related to specific account tiers, we recommend contacting our client support team directly through our official communication channels. Our representatives can provide detailed financial disclosures tailored to your account type.

While trading on Vanguard, your primary execution cost is the market spread—the difference between the buy and sell price of an asset. Spreads are a standard industry pricing mechanism used across major trading platforms. We aggregate quotes from top-tier liquidity providers to keep spreads competitive, helping you access market liquidity efficiently.

If an account remains completely inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or longer, a recurring inactivity fee will be charged against the available account balance. Additionally, if you choose to reactivate a dormant account for live trading, a standard reactivation fee may be assessed.

Positions held open past the daily market close are subject to overnight holding fees, commonly known as swap charges. These adjustments reflect interest rate differentials and are automatically waived for verified Islamic (Swap-Free) account holders.

All active accounts are subject to a performance fee of 19%, calculated and applied exclusively to net trading profits.

Performance fees are billed separately via dedicated invoices sent to clients at the end of each billing cycle, or issued as required upon formal regulatory request.

Accounts with unpaid or overdue fee invoices will be placed under compliance review. During this review period, key account functions—including external transfers and withdrawal requests—will be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.

To avoid potential service interruptions or account restrictions, clients are encouraged to manage their account balances and invoice payments in a timely manner. All account records and transaction histories are stored in secure, encrypted data centers, utilizing multi-layered security protocols to safeguard user data.

We are committed to maintaining clear and transparent pricing so you can trade without unexpected costs. If you need further details regarding fee calculations, invoicing, or asset-specific charges, our support team is available to assist you. Please feel free to reach out at your convenience.
