Terms and Conditions
Terms of Use
The Terms of Use for our CFD trading platform set out the rules and conditions that govern how you use our services, applications, products, website, and software. We strongly encourage you to read them carefully so you have a clear understanding of what Vanguard offers and how it applies to your trading activity.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Agreeing to them is required to use our platform, and your acceptance is also formally recorded when you agree to the separate license agreement that appears the first time you interact with the platform’s features.
Our Services
To use our services, you must first accept the terms and conditions set out below:
We specialize in CFD trading across a range of financial markets, with services designed around the needs of our clients.
To trade CFDs with us, we offer dedicated trading accounts to users who comply with Vanguard’s terms and conditions. Accounts are available only to individuals aged 18 and over; anyone younger cannot register until they reach the legal age.
No direct fees apply to deposits or withdrawals. Instead, our costs are built into the spreads, which are clearly outlined in our charges table. Since spreads vary by asset type, this approach keeps our fee structure transparent and flexible.
Copyright & Trademark Guidelines
The content, materials, and information on our website are protected under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, which allows users to use our text and images in line with our terms and conditions. Commercial use, however, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Vanguard — contact us directly to request permission.
Third-Party Materials
Beyond the terms set out here, you may come across separate terms tied to third-party services, since we work with external providers to help deliver and run our services. We don’t have direct control over their specific terms and can’t guarantee their accuracy, so we strongly recommend reviewing any third-party service’s terms independently before using it.
Content
As noted above, we don’t guarantee or endorse any third-party content and aren’t responsible for its accuracy. We encourage you to exercise caution with third-party services and to review all relevant information carefully before proceeding.
Please Review the Following Example
The content on this website is intended solely for educational and informational purposes for CFD traders. It’s a general resource on CFD trading and should not be taken as financial or investment advice, nor treated as personalized guidance. For professional financial advice, consult a qualified expert — we don’t provide that service ourselves.
Termination of Services
Either the account holder or Vanguard may terminate this agreement at any time before the contract period ends. Once terminated, the trading account is deactivated immediately, and all active orders and open positions are suspended and closed promptly afterward.
Account Processing Errors
If you spot an error in your account, contact Vanguard’s customer support team right away. Until it’s resolved, we recommend avoiding account activity such as logging in, placing trades, or withdrawing funds, to help limit any risk linked to the error.
As the account holder, you’re responsible for securing your account and protecting your login details. Any risk or loss resulting from negligence or compromised credentials is entirely your own responsibility.
We rely on account holders to keep their login credentials private and secure — under our policies, only the registered owner may access the account. If unauthorized access is detected, we’ll act quickly to restrict it, but we can’t be held responsible for losses or damages caused by misuse resulting from compromised access details.
Ensuring Data Accuracy
We make every effort to provide accurate, reliable information, but we can’t guarantee absolute completeness or precision. Our content is prepared carefully and in good faith, but it may have limitations and may not always reflect the latest updates. Vanguard isn’t responsible for losses or damages resulting from reliance on this information — we encourage users to apply their own judgment and seek professional advice where needed.
While we aim to provide detailed, dependable information about our services, products, features, and accessibility, full accuracy can’t be guaranteed, and all information is subject to change or updates. We strongly recommend doing your own research and verification before making decisions based on our content.
Extent of Liability
We don’t guarantee specific results or the complete accuracy of the information we provide. All content reflects our current knowledge and is offered as-is, without warranties. By using this information, you agree that Vanguard isn’t liable for any resulting losses or damages, and we strongly advise independently verifying and evaluating information before making decisions or taking action.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that Vanguard isn’t responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses, including but not limited to financial losses, business interruptions, or data loss, and you waive any right to claim compensation for such damages. Assessing potential risks and making informed decisions about your trading activity is solely your responsibility.
Before opening an account, understand that you’re fully responsible for all costs, risks, and expenses related to trading. Vanguard assumes no liability for any risks or financial losses you may incur. Losses or damages in your account may stem from factors such as human error, third-party interference, or technical issues, none of which Vanguard can be held accountable for.
